Bank of Singapore is a financial institution, a subsidiary of the OCBC Bank, specialised in private banking.

It was founded as a result of the acquisition of ING Asia Private Bank by OCBC in 2009 for US$1.46 billion.

Bank of Singapore operates in following areas:

  • Financial analysis in financial areas such as international equities and estate planning services

At the end of 2010, the bank was approximate US$32 billion of assets of high-net-worth individuals under management, mainly in Asia.
